Demo versions of Delight and the instrument interface software are available for downloading. This is a 4.5 MB self-extracting installation file. After downloading to a temporary directory, double-click on the DelightDemo.exe program and it will launch an installation. Follow the instructions on screen.

Demo versions are fully functional except that they cannot open instrument format files, so can only be used with sample DSquared format files. We will be happy to convert a few files for you. The demo version is also limited in the size of files it can open.

Latest Help update for version 3.2 software (help version 3 - compiled 5/22/2002). This file is a Microsoft compiled HTML help file (.chm), including the complete DeLight and instrument interface functional descriptions, tutorials, and validation documentation. Help version 3 has added documentation on blemishes (see known problems) and updates to Word based SOP templates. [The templates will be active only if Internet Explorer 5.5 or later is installed.]

D2Mapper is available FREE for drawing data maps from DeLight and other tabular ascii data files. While maps can be drawn in DeLight, the D2Mapper program allows a larger volume of data to be easily mapped as it extracts only the pertinent information from a set of files. It is used primarily to map ProSpectra precision agriculture data, such as protein in wheat, and to merge yield data. The mapper can grid data and export to ASCII format.

The program download will be as a zip file. A small help file is also included as an HTML help (.chm) file. This program is work in progress so your feedback is welcome. This is the April 17, 2008 update.

A nitrogen manager program is also available for free download. This calculates income based on nitrogen uptake rates for yield and protein concentration. This will assist in selective fertilizing, using available data from the mapper, to optimize production. This is an April 24, 2008 update.
