On the Go Grain |
The ProSpectra sensor is easy to install in any combine, stationary auger, or anywhere grain is flowing. Simply place the probe in the moving stream such that a you have a constant flow of product over the probe face. Flexible Windows based software allows the user to display the data they want. You can also create custom data acquisition methods for the integration of GPS data and data from the sensor of your choice (yield monitor, speed, etc.) via the RS232 ports on the PC. Configure it to detect the protein of a flowing stream, predict the protein content and control an external motor or solenoid to automate segregation via a separate IO module available from DSquared. Laptop computer supplied by the end user. Calibrations for moisture, oil, protein, and other properties for a variety of grains available as well as custom calibrations.
If you are a manufacturer of precision agriculture equipment, DSquared can custom program the ProSpectra to communicate with your system via standard RS232 protocols or via CAN bus communication. Contact DSquared for more information.
